Friend and contributing writer to HaKerem, David Rhodes has just begun a new initiative to promote Israeli wine in hotels, tourist sites, and other places where English speakers are who want to learn more about Israeli wine and food.
Called the Israel Wine & Dine Digest, the magazine will cover food and wine in Israel. The inaugural issue includes articles David has written about Barkan Winery, Teperberg, Seahorse, Amphorae, Villa Wilhelma, Soreq, and more, including an interview with Adam Montefiore.
