The Jewish Week recently a tasting of kosher wines from around the world. Eight judges tasted 280 wines.
The results are published in the 2nd Annual Jewish Week Kosher Wine Guide, which publishes the top 18 wines in various categories.
The top Israeli red wines were adjudged to be: 1. Psagot Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2009 2. Yatir Forest 2007 3. Carmel Kayoumi Cabernet Sauvignon 2005 4. Petit Castel 2007 5. = Yatir Cabernet Sauvignon 2006 Shilo Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve 2007 Binyamina Cave 2006
