As much as we might not like, sometimes we get gifts of so-called Kiddish wine. In New York, it’s made with Concord Grapes. In Israel, (even when called Concord), it may not be as rancid as Manishewitz, but it’s still not something I want to drink in my cup.

Several months ago, I solicited suggestions for what to do with kiddush wine. Here were the results:
