Carmel Appelation

Carmel, one of Israel’s oldest wineries, used to be the only game on the block but not anymore. As a result, Carmel has been struggling for many years and is not my favorite Israeli winery by a long-shot. However, their top end series are quite good, including from the Appelation series.
